Indian Food

My American friend loves Indian food. She go crazy at its very thought. While eating the indian food she feels the garam masala, the chilli, fennel, cumin and all the flavors and relishs every bit of it. So much so she has all these masalas at home and spices up her food. When I came to this country, I was amazed by the way people love indian food. I have seen people talk so much about our Indian cuisine and its flavor. I had come across one other American who loves Masala Dosa and Briyani. T
hough our cooking may be elaborate the flavor,aroma,taste and appreciation it brings, I think its worth the effort.
